  I bought a laptop on March 7th 2015 started having problems with it almost immediately after taking it home the screen started fuzzying up so i took it back 6 days later as my reciept said i could get a cash refund within 7 days ,the guy at the store refused to give my money back and said the laptop must have been dropped I assured him it wasnt he said i would have to wait around for their tech to come check it out and offered me another cheaper laptop and an in store credit I accepted reluctantly now its only been 2 days and my screen keeps blacking out which it did in the store and the guy said the chrger had just slipped out i believed the liar!!! now i have no volume all of a sudden this morning so i guess my only option is to take it back with all the reciepts i got and contact the police i have no other choice Im not getting ripped off they are not getting away with this
