  on Sept 15th I went into Best Buy to look at a computer for my sister as a Christmas Present, I was told that we could not set up the computer our self, that Best Buy Geek Squad must do it but we were lucky as they were all caught up so the computer could be ready in 6 hours. As we didn't live in Saint John we told them we would be back in the morning and to call us when it was ready. waited but no call so called them and they final;y said it would be ready within the hours. Well that didn't happen, had to wait a couple of hours, felt they had not even started to set it up. My sister wanted to buy the membership$19.99 and gave them her credit card, however after I got home discovered they had charged me. My total bill was $489.30, which would have been fine but it was one thing after another of excuses. It was not a pleasant purchase for me even though it was a present. I should have known better I never go to Best Buy in Markham (where I live) the awful service is the same here so I use Staples or the Shopping Channel. Unbelievable bad service. Never again, I just hope my sister is very happy with her present.M.J.Rogers
