- Jody Collins Added 2018-03-27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My dog was picked up.magically got off his leash,which is not the issue. I dealt with a lady ( I use that term loosely) that was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life. This is a high stress situation and she refused for me to even see my dog while I waited for my vaccines to be confirmed.This "lady" showed no empathy for my concern of my dog and when the vaccines were finally confirmed she demanded an apology from me as she claimed I was intimidating somehow. When I informed this lady I would not be issuing an apology she proceeded to threaten me and say" well you better hope we don't get your dog again", i warned her not to threaten me.This lady does not deserve to have a job if this is the way she deals with people.
